When you approve your quote, we'll ask for additional order details (any art files, text or images you want included on your plaque) and confirm the shipping address. Then we will get started on your complimentary artwork proof.

We’ll provide a free, no-obligation artwork proof within an hour. We work with you to refine the proof as needed until the design is absolutely perfect. NO payment is required until you’re 100% satisfied with the layout.

Once the proof design has met your standards, we will send an invoice with payment link to our client portal. Simply complete the payment to proceed, production begins the moment we receive your payment.

Standard plaques will ship via FedEx/UPS in approximately 12-15 business days. We'll ship your order with all necessary mounting hardware, templates and instructions for installation. Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking information so you can track the transit and know when to expect delivery.
